RESUMO: O pre­sente tra­bal­ho demon­stra que o arti­go 225 da Con­sti­tu­ição Fed­er­al se encon­tra cor­rela­ciona­do com arti­gos ante­ces­sores e leg­is­lações infra­con­sti­tu­cionais, demon­stran­do não só a uni­ci­dade do Dire­ito como do meio ambi­ente, bem como que a estru­tu­ra con­sti­tu­cional con­tem­pla e obje­ti­va a pro­teção da sadia qual­i­dade de vida des­de seu primeiro arti­go até alcançar a con­sagração do meio ambi­ente em âmbito con­sti­tu­cional.

ABSTRACT: This arti­cle demon­strates how arti­cle 225 of the Fed­er­al Con­sti­tu­tion finds cor­re­la­tion with pre­vi­ous arti­cles of the Con­sti­tu­tion and oth­er laws, demon­strat­ing the unique­ness of the law and the envi­ron­ment; in addi­tion, the con­sti­tu­tion­al struc­ture con­tem­plates the pro­tect­ing of life in your first arti­cle and ele­vates the envi­ron­ment to the con­sti­tu­tion­al lev­el.
